After eight years of studying and working in accounting, Mike Wellard was looking for more work/life balance and a career that catered more to his strong people skills.
Mike joined Freedom 55 Financial and Quadrus Investment Services Ltd. in 2013 and he couldn’t be more thrilled with his decision. In 2016, Mike joined Life Long Planning Group Ltd. as a partner and continues to build on his experience, while helping the team around him grow.
Mike is licensed to sell life insurance, critical illness insurance, group benefits and disability insurance and is registered to sell mutual funds through Quadrus Investment Services Ltd. in Ontario. Mike is an active member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada, and adheres to their high standards of conduct and strong ethical guidelines.
Mike is very committed to helping the people in the community he loves to reach their financial goals, with a focus on minimizing the risks associated with reaching those goals. Throughout the process, Mike’s main focus is making sure clients are comfortable with every step in the process.
