Kelly McQuoid has been in financial services since 1993. She began her career in Sudbury working in insurance underwriting and financial advisor training. In 1998, she became an independent financial security advisor until 2004 when she became a sales manager for a large financial services company in her hometown of North Bay. Kelly and her husband Keith and their two children, Brady and Mitchell, were thrilled to return home to their family and friends.
As a sales manager, Kelly had the opportunity to recruit, train, and develop other successful advisors, a role she found very satisfying. However, after five years, Kelly returned to her passion as a financial security advisor with Freedom 55 Financial in April 2009.
After expanding her business, Kelly wanted to provide a larger range of services to her clients and began looking for a business partner who specialized in retirement planning. As luck would have it, Adam Underwood who owns Life Long Planning Group Ltd was looking for a business partner who specialized in life insurance and living benefits. This was a great fit for both Kelly and Adam and clients they work with so in July 2012 they became partners in Life Long Planning Group Ltd.
She is licensed to sell life insurance, critical illness insurance, group benefits and disability insurance, and registered to sell mutual funds in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. She has always adhered to and encouraged others to follow high ethical standards and guidelines.
Kelly believes in building strong, long-lasting client relationships by getting to know individuals, teaching them the steps in financial security planning and how to prioritize their needs now and in the future to fit their budget and lifestyle.
