Jason was born and raised in Timmins. He was a member of the Canadian Olympic team for Discus and Shot Put at the age of 17. He competed internationally at the Pan Am Games, the Common Wealth Games, world championships and the Olympics.
After graduation, he teamed up with his father at London Life. Working side by side with his brother David in 2009, Timmins Financial was born. The Mortgage Centre became part of the organization in 2016. He is passionate about working with the retiree market and has earned his Elder Planning Counselor designation from the Canadian Initiative for Elder Planning Studies.
Jason believes in work-life balance and when he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Jessica and their three children. He is also committed to his hometown, putting on throwing clinics and doing motivational speaking at the local high schools, and sitting on the Board of Directors for the Timmins and District Hospital.
